"When I made a move from the coast to Albany, I looked for a place in a mobile home park. I was attracted to Columbus Greens primarily when I saw all the trees, beautiful old growth trees. Then I noticed the homes were situated in cul-de-sacs and on the main streets in such a way to give you a sense of Privacy (Not having to look into your neighbors windows from yours). In Albany, an average (1,100 square foot home, ranch) rents for around $800/mo.  Our home payment and space rent came out to under $545/mo (for a 1,440 square foot home).  Our credit report listed us as buying also, which gives us a higher rating.
